Their little spat began in 2002 when John called Mado's song for the James Bond Die Another Day film the worst Bond tune ever.
Apparently, they both found one another in the same restaurant in France last summer. Elton John sent her a note apologizing profusely.
He said Madonna was very gracious and accepted his apology.
How sweet.
